• Connecting users with independent delivery drivers.
The platform is not directly responsible for product quality or delays caused by merchants or drivers.
5. Payment and Fees
Payment transactions are processed through secure and approved methods in Morocco.
The platform may charge fees for certain services, which are clearly displayed before confirmation.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation policy varies according to the merchant and type of service.
In case of an issue with an order, a support request can be submitted to be processed within reasonable timeframes.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Users are prohibited from:
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Attempting to hack the system or use it illegally.
• Abusing employees, drivers, or merchants.
8. Intellectual Property

9. Liability Limitations
The platform is not responsible for indirect damages or damages resulting from misuse of the service.
The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
